As fusion lovers, Latin House Grill‘s menu creations embrace a wide scale of flavors to meet and exceed the expectations of our clientele. Our menus provide a host of options from casual lunches and corporate events, to exquisitely prepared dinner presentations. All catering services are brought to you in our unique Gourmet Street Style format offering Stalker Stations. Our stations allow us to prepare your food and assemble it in front of your guest, adding a more personal touch than a generic catering buffet. No matter how large or small a gathering is, our mobile gourmet “Fire Trailer,” will customize your meals and menus to your needs.

Here are our basic packages, remember that we are here to please you, ALL PACKAGES CAN BE COMBINED!

The packages include all the creamy sauces, toppings, trays, napkins, forks, and drinks.

STALKER STATION #1 “The Taco Station” – Unlimited for 2 hours Soft Tacos and Puffy Tacos prepared in front of you with warm tortilla, with a choice of Ribeye and chicken, and/or Sneaky Nachos with a choice of Ribeye and chicken. $12 per person.

STALKER STATION #2 “The Flatton Station” – Unlimited for 2 hours our famous Flatton or Puffy Flatton assembled fresh in front of you with your choice of Ribeye or chicken. $14 per person.

STALKER STATION #3 “The Burrito Rolling Station” – Unlimited for 2 hours our Mini Chimi Burritos, Regular and/or Island, with your choice of Ribeye or chicken. $14 per person. This station has a choice of having a Burrito roller making customized Burritos to each of your guests and having them individually fried in the Fire Truck (add a $2 per person fee for this feature).

STALKER STALKER #4 “The Madlove Station” – Unlimited for 2hours our Madlove steak burgers or Mini Madloves accompanied by gourmet seasoned Twister Potatoes. Or House Seasoned Fries, prepared individually for your guests. $14 per person.

STALKER #5 “The Premium Taco Station” – Unlimited for 2hours Premium tacos, Carne Asada “Vacio” and/or Fish Tacos. $16 per person

STALKER #6 – “Multi Stations” Includes Several Stations A la Carte –Unlimited for 2 hours $20 per person.

Sideorders:

• Unlimited Signature Yellow Rice add $1 per person.
• Unlimited gourmet seasoned Twister Potatoes add $1 per person.
• Unlimited Island Maduros add $1 per person.

Minimum order of $500 for On Site appearance and $300 for delivery orders.
